Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: October 6, 2026

These Terms apply to work authorized through estimates, work authorizations, or other written approvals from Waypoint Mobile RV Repair LLC (“Waypoint,” “we,” “us”). By signing an estimate or work authorization, or approving work in writing by text or email, you agree to these Terms.

1. Estimates, Scope & Hidden Damage

Estimates are based on the visible condition of the vehicle and the scope of work known at the time of inspection. Actual costs may change if additional issues or necessary work are discovered. Additional chargeable work outside the approved scope requires your approval before we proceed. Text or email approval is acceptable. Completion dates and timeframes are estimates only.

If additional damage or necessary work is discovered during the course of repair, we will notify you and obtain your approval before performing the additional work.

2. Payments

Materials may require payment or a deposit before ordering. For special-order or high-cost materials, a deposit may be required. Once materials have been ordered or committed specifically for your job, the deposit may be applied to costs actually incurred or committed, including restocking or cancellation charges, subject to any refund or cancellation rights required by law.

Labor and other completed charges are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cash or check receives a 3% discount, shown on the invoice. Card payments are accepted at the regular price.

A markup is applied to materials to cover procurement, handling, transportation, and related costs. The markup is included in the materials total shown on the estimate or invoice.

Returned checks may be subject to a $30 service charge or 5% of the check amount, whichever is greater, plus applicable bank fees, to the extent permitted by Georgia law.

Balances unpaid after 14 days may incur a $25 late fee. After 30 days, unpaid balances may bear interest at 1% per month (12% per year), or the highest rate permitted by Georgia law, whichever is less.

You agree to pay reasonable collection costs, including attorney’s fees, subject to the notice requirements of O.C.G.A. § 13-1-11.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a $50 trip fee. We may waive this fee for emergencies, severe weather, or other reasonable circumstances. Nothing in these Terms limits any cancellation or other consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

4. Limitation of Liability

Waypoint is responsible for direct physical damage caused by our negligence. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including lost time, lodging, travel expenses, or loss of use.

We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, deterioration, manufacturer defects, defects in components not supplied or installed by us, prior repairs performed by others, or failures of systems outside the approved scope of work.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the original repair. Nothing in this section limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or personal injury.

5. Warranties

Labor: We provide a 90-day warranty on labor for the specific repairs listed on the applicable estimate or invoice, beginning on the date of completion. The warranty does not cover unrelated systems or failures caused by accidents, neglect, misuse, abuse, normal wear, environmental conditions, or work performed by others.

Parts: Parts are covered only by any applicable manufacturer or supplier warranty. WE PROVIDE NO PARTS WARRANTY AND DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. If any implied warranty cannot be disclaimed, it is limited to 90 days from completion. Nothing in these Terms disclaims or limits any warranty or consumer protection that cannot legally be disclaimed or limited.

You are responsible for registering parts when required and for pursuing manufacturer or supplier warranty claims. Waypoint is not responsible for labor to diagnose, remove, replace, or reinstall a failed part unless the failure resulted from our workmanship.

We may assist with a manufacturer or supplier warranty claim at no charge, at a reduced rate, or at our regular rate. Providing assistance on one occasion does not obligate us to do so on future claims.

Client-supplied parts: Parts supplied by the client are provided without warranty from Waypoint. Waypoint is not responsible for defects, incompatibility, premature failure, or other problems with client-supplied parts. Labor related to diagnosis, removal, replacement, or correction of a client-supplied part is billed separately unless the issue was caused by our workmanship.

6. Right to Refuse or Stop Work

We may decline or stop work when conditions are unsafe, the client interferes with the work, prior balances remain unpaid, reasonable access is unavailable, or significant changes to the scope of work occur. You remain responsible for work completed and for materials ordered, procured, installed, or committed for your job.

7. Your Responsibilities

You confirm that you own the vehicle or are authorized to approve the work. You will provide safe and reasonable access to the vehicle and disclose any known hazards, including propane, electrical, sewage/black-water, structural, water-intrusion, or other hazardous conditions.

You are responsible for removing or securing personal belongings and valuables before service. Waypoint is not responsible for personal property left in the vehicle, except where damage is caused by Waypoint’s negligence.

8. Delays

Waypoint is not responsible for delays caused by weather, unsafe conditions, parts availability, supplier or shipping delays, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Photos & Media

Waypoint may photograph or video the vehicle, components, damage, and completed work for diagnostic, documentation, warranty, insurance, and quality-control purposes.

Waypoint may use photographs of the vehicle or completed work for business marketing. We will make reasonable efforts to avoid or obscure identifying information such as license plates, street addresses, and personal property. We will not use identifiable images of you or your family for public marketing without your separate written consent.

You may request that particular images not be used for marketing by notifying us in writing.

10. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the work performed shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Grady County, Georgia.

11. Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

These Terms, together with the applicable estimate, work authorization, and any written modifications or approvals, constitute the agreement between the parties concerning the applicable work. If a specific written term in an estimate or work authorization conflicts with these general Terms, the specific written term controls.

Changes to the scope, price, materials, or other terms may be approved in writing, including by text or email.

12. Acceptance

By signing an estimate or work authorization, approving it in writing, or otherwise providing written authorization to proceed, you confirm that you have had the opportunity to review these Terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them.
